10. - 13.9.2025.The seventh edition of TunIstra – Big Game Fishing was held this September in the waters off Poreč, where 35 crews from Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy competed in the hunt for the largest tuna of the northern Adriatic. September once again proved to be the perfect time for this type of fishing – the migratory routes of bluefin tuna passed along western Istria, bringing impressive specimens to the waters near Poreč. 11.9.2025.The pinnacle of gastronomic delight was experienced at the Spinnaker Gourmet Stage, a series of special gourmet dinners at Valamar's Spinnaker restaurant. This year’s edition, dedicated to tuna, was prepared by guest chef Marina Gaši from the seafood experience restaurant Marina in Novigrad, while the pairing of courses with premium wines was taken care of by the Tomac winery from Plešivica.
